Wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into 2 parts and cut across into slices 0.5 cm thick. Cut the peppers into cubes of approx. 4x4cm. Fry the vegetables in a pan or in a grill pan in portions on all sides over medium heat and collect in a bowl. Pour salt, pepper and the pesto over the vegetables and stir gently.
Can be eaten as an accompaniment to meat or as a main course.
