Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the slices until they have turned brown. If necessary, fry in portions, it is important that the slices do not overlap.
Then put the slices in a salad bowl, season with salt, pepper and let cool if necessary.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Dice the feta cheese. Add both to the zucchini. Chop the basil and add it as well. For the dressing, mix the vinegar with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir briefly with the vegetables.
