• 2 zucchini, approx. 500 g

• 1 onion (s)
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 cup sweet cream
• 250 g pasta (Spirelli)
• Spice mix (tomato-mozzarella)

Instructions

1. Roughly dice the zucchini and tomatoes, finely dice the onion. Boil the pasta in salted water and then drain.
2. Then sauté the zucchini in a pan with the olive oil, then add the onions and tomatoes and sauté briefly, then squeeze in the garlic. Finally add the cream, simmer briefly, stir in the pasta and season to taste.
