Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, roughly dice the vegetables and sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour in the broth and simmer until the vegetables are cooked through.
  2. Fry the minced meat in the remaining oil until crumbly, season and set aside. Puree the soup finely, add the cream cheese and puree again. Stir in the minced meat and season to taste.
  3. Serve with whole grain baguette.
