Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, flour, soda, baking powder, vanilla and salt, then add the eggs and oil.
  2. Process everything into a smooth dough. Finally fold in the grated zucchini and walnuts.
  3. Put the dough in a greased, tall baking pan (oblong loaf pan) and bake for around 1 1/4 hours on an electric oven or 160 ° hot air.
  4. Please check after approx. 1 hour. The cake can be frozen well or stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
