Instructions

  1. Add plenty of salted water for the pasta. Cut the bacon into ½ cm cubes. Finely dice the onion. Clean the zucchini and cut into 2 cm pieces. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems. Whisk the cream and eggs in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon, onion and thyme for 4 minutes. Add zucchini and fry for 3 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and remove from the hob.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix in the pan with the zucchini and bacon mixture. Pour in the egg cream immediately and mix with the hot noodles. Season to taste with lemon juice and serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
