Instructions

  1. Fry the zucchini in 2 tablespoons of oil and then place in a baking dish. Now sauté the diced onions in 2 tablespoons of oil, add the minced meat and fry. Season with salt and cayenne pepper, deglaze with the tomatoes and bring to the boil briefly.
  2. In the meantime, mix the sheep`s cheese with the sour cream. Pour the sauce over the zucchini and pour the feta cheese over the sauce. Scatter the thyme on top. Bake at 200 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
