The zucchini are partially peeled and cut into slices. Then they are braised in olive oil until they soften a little. Optionally, it can be refined with leaf peppers.
The sauce is prepared on the other hotplate. To do this, the flour is mixed with the milk, then salt and pepper are added and the mixture is brought to the boil, stirring constantly. Add the finely chopped dill and turn off the stove.
Put the zucchini in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
Crumble the sheep cheese over it and mix a little with the zucchini. Then add grated cheese and everything is cooked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
