Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Dice the chicken and slice the zucchini into strips. Peel and quarter the onions.
Fry the meat with a little fat and take it out of the pan. Then fry the zucchini together with the onions. Both should have taken on color easily. Also take the vegetables out of the pan.
Boil the roast set with the broth, stir in the cream. Season to taste with the spices and reduce slightly. Add the meat, vegetables and rice to the sauce, mix and let warm.
