Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into small cubes. Sauté the zucchini cubes with the chopped garlic in a little olive oil. Scatter curry powder on top and toast a little. Deglaze with whipped cream or milk. Add the vegetable stock and simmer on a low heat until the zucchini are soft. Then add the sour cream and puree everything with the hand blender.
