Peel the onion and chop finely. Then put the onion in a saucepan and fry it.
While the onion is frying, wash the zucchini, cut off the stalk and flower roots and then roughly dice.
After 3 - 4 minutes, the onion is roasted enough that the zucchini and curry powder can be added. First put the curry powder on the base and then add the zucchini, stir everything once and then add 400 ml of vegetable stock.
Now put the soup on the stove for another eight minutes and let the zucchini cook until soft, then add the crème fraîche and puree everything with a hand blender or blender (e.g. Vitamix) to make a soup. Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper.
