Mix the first 7 ingredients (apart from the oil) into a thick dough, leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes.
Break the pistils from the zucchini flowers and discard. Now dip the blossoms in portions into the batter and bake for approx. 2 - 3 minutes while floating in the frying fat. Serve warm as a starter. Possibly drizzle some balsamic vinegar over it.
