Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees circulating air.
  2. Cut the zucchini into strips and season with salt.
  3. Mix the almonds, parmesan and spices in one bowl, whisk the egg in another bowl.
  4. First dip the zucchini sticks in the shell with the egg and then turn them in the almond-parmesan mixture until they are evenly covered.
  5. Place the breaded zucchini fries side by side on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
  6. First of all, I have to say that this is a french fries substitute and of course the zucchini fries still taste like zucchini.
  7. I eat low-carb ketchup with it.
  8. Per serving (approx. 350 g zucchini) 577 kcal, 38 g protein, 9 g carbohydrates, 41 g fat.
