Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add diced tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, wash the zucchini and cut / slice lengthways into thin slices.
