Instructions

  1. Cut the halloumi into 16 equal pieces. Wash the zucchini and cut lengthways into 16 thin slices or slice, preferably with a peeler or, if you like, with a slicer
  2. Mix a marinade from the tomato paste, oil and the chili powder.
  3. Now lay out a zucchini slice, spread the marinade and roll a piece of halloumi in it, skewer 4 pieces each on a wooden skewer. Place the skewers in an ovenproof dish, pour some olive oil and the rest of the marinade on top and grill in the oven preheated to 180 degrees with the grill function for about 12 to 15 minutes. Or grill on the grill for 10 minutes, turning once.
  4. Then serve immediately and enjoy hot.
