Cut the onion into fine cubes. Heat the olive oil and sweat the onion cubes in it until translucent. In the meantime, cut the ham into fine strips and the courgette into thin slices. Add the ham to the onions and let them brown. Now add the zucchini slices and sweat.
Deglaze with cream and water, reduce and season to taste with salt, pepper and grated Parmesan. Of course, you can also just add the parmesan when you serve it.
We always eat tortellini with it, but ribbon noodles or other pasta also go very well.
