- Stir the yogurt until creamy and season with the squeezed garlic and salt.
- Fry the zucchini slices in hot oil (olive oil or neutral oil, I mix both) until al dente, remove and drain the fat on kitchen paper.
- Simply place the yogurt on the fried and a little cooled zucchini and stir carefully so that the zucchini are completely covered in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with the walnuts, let cool and serve cold.
- Great side dish or starter.
