Instructions

  1. Stir the yogurt until creamy and season with the squeezed garlic and salt.
  2. Fry the zucchini slices in hot oil (olive oil or neutral oil, I mix both) until al dente, remove and drain the fat on kitchen paper.
  3. Simply place the yogurt on the fried and a little cooled zucchini and stir carefully so that the zucchini are completely covered in the sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with the walnuts, let cool and serve cold.
  5. Great side dish or starter.
