Instructions

  1. Halve the meat sausage and then cut into slices. Also cut the zucchini so that they are roughly the same size pieces. Dice the onions or (if larger pieces do not interfere with the food) cut them in half into rings.
  2. First heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the cut meat sausage in it until it gets color. Then add the onions and continue to cook until the onions are translucent. Add the zucchini. Stir every now and then and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into cubes and add when the zucchini have softened. Stir in the tomato cubes well and simmer for about 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Then reduce the heat, stir in the cream cheese and let it melt. The whole thing should now no longer boil so that the cream cheese does not flocculate! Season to taste with pepper and salt. Baguette goes well with it, but also potatoes.
