Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and grate very finely. Peel the onions, dice finely and add to the zucchini. Mix with egg, salt and pepper. Add enough breadcrumbs until the mixture can be shaped well (similar to minced meat). Shape the dough into small meatballs.
  2. Bake in portions in hot fat and serve hot.
  3. Tip: As a variant, you can also mix in grated carrots or other vegetables.
