Instructions

  1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces or roughly grate. Mix with ketchup and olive oil and cook for about 45 minutes, season with salt, pepper and sambal oil. Pour hot into clean screw-top jars. Turn the glasses upside down for about 15 minutes.
  2. Lasts about 6-8 months.
  3. Tastes very good as an accompaniment to meat, rice, pasta and potatoes.
