- Dice the onions and fry them in oil until translucent. Add the mince and fry until crumbly and crispy, season with salt and pepper.
- Halve the leek and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Cut the zucchini into slices or cubes (use only the firm meat of thick zucchini).
- Add the vegetables to the mince and fry for 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
