Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and fry them in oil until translucent. Add the mince and fry until crumbly and crispy, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Halve the leek and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Cut the zucchini into slices or cubes (use only the firm meat of thick zucchini).
  3. Add the vegetables to the mince and fry for 5 minutes. Add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
