Instructions

  1. Dice the onions and sauté in the oil until translucent. Add the mince, crumble and fry until crispy. Halve the leek and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Cut the zucchini into slices / cubes as you like (use only the firm meat of thick zucchini). Add the vegetables to the mince and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Season well. Finally add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season to taste again to taste.
