Peel and dice the onion. Wash the zucchini, clean and roughly grate. Sauté the onion in oil. Fry the mince in it. Briefly sauté the zucchini, tomato paste and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash and chop the basil. Mix with the eggs and cream. Salt and pepper.
Now pour the mince mixture into a greased baking dish. Pour the egg cream over them.
Wash and clean the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and spread on the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. (E-stove 180 degrees, gas level 2, convection 160 degrees)
