Peel the onions, cut into cubes and fry in hot oil in a large pan until golden. Add the minced meat and fry together. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices without peeling - if the zucchini is too big, cut the slices again in the middle, so that a crescent moon is formed. Put the zucchini in the frying pan with the minced meat and onions and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with the above-mentioned spices, stirring frequently. Now add the milk and simmer for another 20 minutes until the zucchini has softened.
In the meantime, cook the rice in 1 liter of water in a saucepan according to the instructions on the packet.
Pour the cooked rice into a cup and then arrange it in the middle of the plate so that it creates a nice shape. Place the courgette and minced meat sauce on the outside. Serve hot.
