Cut the zucchini into 5 mm thick slices, as well as tomatoes and mozzarella, place the zucchini in a hot pan, put the tomato slices on top and finally place the mozzarella slices on top. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Let it fry for about 5 minutes, then extinguish with cream, add a little water if necessary, it depends on the tomatoes.
