Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate the zucchini and mix with the grated cheese. Dice the onion, sauté a little in the oil and let it cool. Add the cream, herbal cream cheese and eggs and stir. Mix the flour with the baking powder and possibly a few sunflower seeds. Now mix all ingredients well. Grease the muffin tray well or place paper liners in the hollows, pour in the batter. Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated convection oven for about 25 minutes. As always, the baking time depends on the oven in question.
