Cut the zucchini into slices, fry briefly on both sides and then sprinkle with oregano. Cut the pizza tomatoes into small pieces and stir together with the spices, sun-dried tomatoes and sour cream. Cook the pasta for approx. 3 minutes, drain and mix with the sour cream mixture. Now layer the courgette and pasta alternately in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Then bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
