Finely chop the onions and cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Bring the zucchini into pasta form. It works best with a spiral cutter.
Fry the chicken breast in coconut oil and then briefly fry the onions until they are translucent. Then pour coconut milk on top and season well with curry, turmeric, cayenne pepper and salt. The sauce should be nice and yellow and taste strong.
Let the sauce reduce a little and then add the zucchini and let it get hot. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
