Cut the zucchini into pieces. Finely dice the bacon and sauté in a pan in a little oil. Then add the zucchini and fry. Deglaze with the tomatoes and the stock, season to taste and bring to the boil. Stir occasionally. Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve. If the sauce is too thick, add the broth, or if it is too thin, stir in the tomato paste. But everyone has to decide for themselves, because tastes are different.
