Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, paprika and parsley and fry in a pan with oil until crumbly.
Cut the zucchini, bell pepper and onions into small cubes, add to the minced meat, fry briefly. Pour in the water, stir in the stock, cut the potatoes into small cubes, add and cook until the potatoes are soft. Add creme fraiche and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle with parsley.
