Zucchini Pancakes with Crab Sticks and Cream Cheese Instructions

  1. Grate crab sticks on a fine grater.
  2. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze lightly, and drain off excess juice.
  4. In a deep bowl combine grated zucchini, crab sticks, and cream cheese. Add egg and mayonnaise. To stir thoroughly.
  5. Add flour and salt. Mix thoroughly again until smooth. The pancake dough is ready.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the dough into the pan for about 1-2 tbsp, forming pancakes. Fry pancakes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.

  7. If desired, the fried pancakes can be laid out on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
