Grate the zucchini and squeeze out well. Mix the ricotta and egg well and mix with the zucchini. Then mix in the breadcrumbs until the mixture can be shaped well and season everything vigorously with salt and pepper.
Then shape the patties, roll them in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for about an hour.
Cover a frying pan well with oil and deep-fry the patties.
The patties are good as a side dish or for vegetarian burgers.
