Briefly toast the chopped onion in a little oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Then add the rice and let it roast briefly. Pour the vegetable stock and the tomato puree on top. Mix in the garlic, sugar and oregano and season with a little chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the zucchini into approx. 1 cm cubes and then add. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Distribute the zucchini rice pot on the plates and sprinkle with diced feta cheese.
