Quarter the zucchini and possibly cut out the stones. For large ones, cut away everything * soft *. Please leave the peel on, cut out bad spots. Cut into 2-3 mm thick slices.
Quarter the onions and cut into rings.
Bring the spices and liquids to the boil with the onions. Then add the zucchini and let it boil for 5-8 minutes. Then pour into clean glasses (don`t be surprised, there is little liquid per glass!).
Tastes very good for grilling, but also as a salad in winter.
