- Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends and cut into fine strips.
- Peel and finely chop shallot and garlic cloves.
- For the salad dressing, mix together yoghurt, oil and lemon juice until creamy and season with salt, pepper and chopped dill.
- Put the zucchini, garlic and shallot in a bowl, add the marinade and mix everything well.
