Wash and finely slice the zucchini. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Heat some oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion, garlic, herbs and spices in it. Then add the zucchini and deglaze with the tomatoes. Now add the broth and fill up to the desired amount. Let everything boil for about 10-15 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
