Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the zucchini on the kitchen grater, peel the onion and dice it, press the clove of garlic or dice it very finely, core the chilli pepper and dice it.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok and sauté the grated zucchini, onion, clove of garlic and chilli in it for at least 5 minutes. Move the vegetables to one side and roast the tomato paste in the empty center of the pan, then mix everything together and fill up with cream. Season with pepper and salt and simmer for a few minutes. Finally stir in the grated parmesan and season again to taste. If you like it a little hotter, you can take 2 chilli peppers or add some chilli powder.
