Prepare a marinade from olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and the herbs.
Wash the zucchini and cut into slices, soak in the marinade (at least 1/2 - 1 hour).
Wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Brush the grilled cheese with olive oil and cut into cubes.
Place the zucchini, bell pepper and cheese alternately on grill skewers, drizzle with the remaining marinade and prepare on the grill (grill pan) (alternatively in the oven or in the pan).
Delicious as a vegetarian vegetable - grill variation, with baked potatoes and (my) garlic sauce!
