Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of water until al dente.
  2. Dice the onion and fry with the minced meat, season with salt and pepper. Halve the zucchini (core the large zucchini, not the small ones), peel, halve and core the cucumber. Cut both into bite-sized pieces. Peel and core tomatoes, then cut into cubes. Core the paprika and cut into bite-sized pieces. When the mince is done, add the stock and add the vegetables. Cook until soft on medium heat and add the cooked noodles. Possibly add seasoning.
