Peel and chop the garlic and sweat it in olive oil, add the ham cut into pieces and fry a little. Salt and pepper and keep warm.
Sweat the finely chopped onions in the roast and add the zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces! Halve the cochtail tomatoes and sweat with them. Deglaze with white wine, fill up with cream and creme fraiche and reduce a little. Finally, add the ham to the sauce and season with the spices!
