Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into small pieces and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into small pieces and as soon as the onions are translucent, add the zucchini to the pan and fry.
  2. Peel the tomatoes. To do this, score the tomatoes in an x-shape both above and below, place in hot water and let sit for a few minutes. Then you can easily remove the peel from the tomato. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add to the pan with the zucchini.
  3. When the tomatoes are in the pan, prepare the pasta in the salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Simmer the tomatoes in the pan over medium heat to make a sauce.
  4. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and add to the pan. As soon as the feta cubes are in the pan, turn back the heat. Now season everything with salt, pepper and the finely chopped basil.
  5. Drain the pasta, put it in the pan, mix everything well and serve.
