Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini lengthways 3 times with a knife. Cut the resulting 4 slices very thin with a potato peeler.
  3. Remove the stalk from the tomatoes and then cut the tomatoes into fine pieces. Pour olive oil into the pan and heat it slightly (be careful not to be too hot!). Put the zucchini and tomatoes in the pan and fry them. Then switch back and continue roasting and reducing, stirring constantly.
  4. When the spaghetti has finished cooking, add the zucchini and tomatoes with the cream, scrape everything that has settled on the bottom of the pan with a wooden spatula and stir well.
  5. Then take the pan off the heat, drain the spaghetti and put it into the pan while it is still wet. Stir everything well.
  6. 450 Kcal per serving.
