Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini, cut in half and cut into larger pieces. Finely chop the onion and sauté in the hot olive oil in the pan. Then add the cut zucchini and brown nicely. Now add the spice mixture to taste. (This consists roughly of red pepper, garlic, dried tomatoes and spices, chilli, salt. You can certainly replace it with other spice mixtures.) Now heat the torn tuna in the pan without any juice. Adding the cream cheese results in a slightly creamy sauce. Spread the mozzarella cut into small cubes on top and let it melt slightly. Season with a dash of balsamic vinegar and cut basil leaves.
  2. If you like, you can have a baguette with it. Without it, it`s a perfect low carb meal.
