Wash the zucchini and remove the roots and stems. Peel thin slices with a peeler. Halve the turkey breast slices if necessary and place one slice on each of the zucchini strips. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and place one cube on each of the turkey breast. Roll it all up and pin it with toothpicks.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and briefly fry the rolls in it.
Suitable as an evening meal with insulin separating food according to Dr. Pape.
