Dice the onion and sauté in the butter. Halve the zucchini and cut into strips. Add the zucchini to the onions and cook without adding any liquid.
Season the zucchini, add Tomato al Gusto and stir in the brunch. Sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired. Tastes good with rice, ebly or the like or simply with a nice fish.
