Instructions

  1. Briefly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Then take it out. Fry the onion together with the zucchini slices in a little oil, then deglaze with a little water and finish cooking.
  2. Mix with raisins and season with a little salt and pepper, let it steep for a moment. Sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts before serving.
