Instructions
Sweat the onions and garlic in oil, add the chopped zucchini, tomatoes and ginger. Fry everything until almost done, then add the chopped potatoes. Continue frying and season with vegetable stock, pepper and oregano. Finally stir in some sour cream.
Meatballs or sausages go well with this.
