Fry the zucchini in a pan without fat, then deglaze with a little water. Add the soaked tomatoes and cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, season as needed and briefly bring to the boil with the cream.
Potatoes go well with it and also tastes just as cold with a little white bread.
