Roughly chop the onion and fry it with the ham in a little butter. Bring the broth to the boil, sprinkle in the couscous and let it soak.
Meanwhile, halve the zucchini lengthways, scoop out with a teaspoon and blanch in salted water for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper and put on a plate.
Add the couscous to the onion and ham mixture and add 1 tablespoon of yogurt. If you don`t have to pay attention to the calories, you can of course use crème fraîche or sour cream. Then pour the mixture into the zucchini halves and serve.
This is around 400 kcal per serving with 8.5 g fat, i.e. 18.8% (LF 30).
