Instructions

  1. Peel the zucchini and remove the stones if necessary. Then cut the zucchini into approx. 1 cm wide slices and fry them in the heated butter until they are cooked but still firm to the bite. Chop the garlic and fry briefly.
  2. Season with herb salt and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan. Cover until the parmesan has melted!
